Glossy Ibis - Near Vado del Jeso
These photos were taken from the car. We just happened to be driving past these extensive paddy fields which were obviously ideal for the Glossy Ibis, of which we estimated that there were 750

Great Egret - Vado del Jeso. This is part of a group of about 50.

This individual was seen on a small reservoir to the east of Puerto Padre.

The small river here produced many birds.

Pictured high in the trees in the steep valley rising above the hotel at El Salton.
There were at least five birds and one nest.
